High performance DC motor design for increased durability and flexibility

This is a brand new electric screwdriver range from Sumake featuring a new DC motor. The benefits of this new motor design are to improve durability and offer a wider range of torque and r.p.m - this is due to the high quality extra strong magnet, low electric current and stable rotation.
This is a low voltage, auto shut-off driver with a power supply especially designed for long use and with a high/low speed setting. Externally replaceable brushes offer greater ease of maintenance and high durability.
This is a highly stable screwdriver, not influenced by fluctuations in voltage and with a precise torque control, externally adjusted. It has a cushioned grip for exceptional manoeuvrability and operator comfort. ESD models are available throughout the range.
We are shortly introducing a further heavy duty pistol grip version capable of torque up to 153 kgf-cm (15Nm).

Power Supply Options

The standard power supply packed with the above screwdrivers is the SP-32HL60T. This power supply offers the option of running at either low or high speed, by a simple flick of a switch on the top of the unit.
Like the full Sumake range this item is RoHs compliant and dimensions are as follows:
145 x 60 x 35mm, weighing 0.25kg - suitable for one screwdriver only
Electric Screwdriver with Screw Counter Power Supply
A further power supply with counter is also available - the SP-C32HL60T/C (this requires a different model of screwdriver - but to the same specification as those listed above). The features of this power supply include a count up or down function, high and low running time settable limit, slow start option, alarm with LED and buzzer and auto zero function.
